Prospective purchasers of development parcels will be required to pre-qualify in response to an invitation issued by Renewal SA (the Authority) through Connekt Urban Projects. The submission for pre-qualification will be evaluated by the Authority with assistance from an expert Design Review Panel.

Following the pre-qualification process and selection of pre-qualified developers, the Authority will release the first communication of land release prices to the developers that have pre-qualified. Developers will then be able to submit a commercial offer to Connekt Urban Projects for the purchase of a stage one lot(s).
Contract conditions will require the selected purchaser to submit a detailed development proposal in order to obtain approval against the Urban Design Guidelines from the Authority prior to the purchaser seeking statutory approvals and commencing development.
The purchaser will be required to achieve a minimum 5 Star Green Star Design rating and statutory approval.
